Afton was born at St. Mary's Hospital of Blue Springs, MO on Monday April 4th, 2005 and transferred to Children's Mercy Hospital in Kansas City on Tuesday morning. Doctors agree that Afton has 18 P Minus Syndrome and Holoprosencephaly Lobar. Afton was discharged from the hospital on Friday May 6th, 2005 and currently lives with his Mom and Dad in Blue Springs. Afton is now Fifteen months old and is battling seizures, developmental delays, feeding issues, and pain. He weighs just over 16.5 pounds and is 29 inches long.
